Cured lamb ham Al Andalusia in born in Spanish province of Teruel.
The province characterized by its life long tradition in lamb meat drying & maturation,
which has been passed on for generations. Lamb ham cured in natural way,

by taking advantage of typical winds in the Region of Maestrazgo.
